Mindfulness 8 week course in English
Stress related health problems are part of modern world diseases of the 21st century. Sometimes it helps just to take some distance, to breath and find some inner calm. But often enough we stand in our way because there seems to be so many more important things which need to be done!
The 8 week mindfulness course:
This course is an intensive training with 2-2,5 hour sessions 8 weeks long. It's based on the mindfulness based cognitive therapy. Scientific research shows that this helps to reduce stress, anxiety and depressive feelings. In this course you will learn to integrate mindfulness in your life and to deal with the more difficult states of mind.
